Why I need to spoil my mum this Mother’s Day 14th of May.

For teaching me how to be persistent and determined at following my passion and for enjoying the small things.

Extract from my chapter in ‘Magnet Abundance’

“I was born into a family that rated success and abundance on the happiness and satisfaction you feel, in both home and work life. I felt like we had everything.
I grew up watching my parents follow their dreams in their own businesses. My dad, a local printer and my mum, a high school art teacher who opened a patchwork fabric shop.
I was encouraged to do, and be anything. Although, we all have the same introverted, shy exterior and manner. We are quiet achievers not looking for recognition but internal bliss. My brother and I were shown the steps to take action. Shown how to be content and enjoy the journey because that's what you will remember in the long run.”

My wish is that I can pass this on to my children.
