Can't select your delivery date because it is blacked out? This is because we have either sold out for today or we are not open (weekends and Victorian public holidays are blacked out)
We deliver Monday – Friday (except public holidays in Victoria).

Yes, if you provide your mobile number when you pkace your order, Cassy will text you a photo on delivery and let you know if there was someone at the address to accept the flowers.
Of course… we love going to the market with a customer in mind! Remember our blooms change every delivery day, so you’ll not be able to see the bunch before the day. We will make sure they look darn cute though.
We work with seasonal blooms, so if any flowers listed are unavailable, Cassy or our team will thoughtfully swap them with similar varieties that match the style and beauty of your original selection. If you have a specific request call us on 0409017398 to discuss.

Personalise your gift: Add a custom message card by entering your note after you add an arrangement to your cart. Choose your preferred delivery date and we'll handle everything else.
We always do our best to leave the flowers in a secure spot and well protected. This is usually by the door if we can access the property.
If flowers are left, we will text/phone call the recipient telling them where the flowers are.
However, if we are unable to gain access to an apartment, our driver will attempt to phone/text the recipient advising them of the delivery.
Hopefully a safe place to leave the flowers can be arranged.
It always helps if you can include a gate code or any other information in the delivery comments section on the order form.
