Can I pick up?
Our studio is no longer in Port Melbourne.
You may pick up from, our Cheltenham studio. Open Monday to Friday, 7.00am till 2pm. We are located at 8/320 Reseve Rd, Cheltenham.
We run differently to a traditional flower shop.
We don’t sell cut flowers. We have a small selection of beautiful bunches wrapped in hessian, posy jars and vases made up ready to go.

Why won't the website allow me to choose my delivery date?
Can't select your delivery date because it is blacked out? This is because we have either sold out for today or we are not open (weekends and Victorian public holidays are blacked out)
What days do you operate?
We deliver Monday – Friday (except public holidays in Victoria).
Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas Eve, no matter what day it falls on (even weekends) we will be delivering flowers.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over Metropolitan Melbourne.
We offer FREE delivery to Cheltenham and a reasonable delivery fee depending on distance from our studio.

What time will flowers be delivered?
Our in house drivers are on the road delivering daily. For a approximate delivery time please call 0490 149 769.
Flowers are guaranteed to be delivered to businesses by 5pm at the latest and personal residences by 7pm.
Whilst we’re unable to guarantee specific delivery times, we’ll always try to the best of our ability to meet any delivery requirements your have.
If your flowers MUST be delivered before a specific time however, please give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
We will then advise whether we can meet your request as we’d hate for you to be disappointed.
Will I be notified when flowers are delivered?
At Flowers for Jane we know the delivery process is just as important than the actual flowers. This is why we provide you with a tracking link via email so you have the ability to track your flowers. (The email will come from 'Go People'. Please check your spam/junk mail)
Can I pre-order?
Of course… we love going to the market with a customer in mind! Remember our blooms change every delivery day, so you’ll not be able to see the bunch before the day. We will make sure they look darn cute though.
Can I select which flowers I send?
The beauty of choosing our flowers fresh each day is choosing what looks best. If you have any special requests though please email us with at least 48 hours notice and we will try our best to help. Alternatively you may call us and we can process your request over the phone 0490 149 769.
Can I change the delivery day of my flowers?
Yes, no problem. We do require 24 hours notice, however, as each morning gets very busy coordinating deliveries with our drivers.
Can I change the delivery address
Of course! To do this, we’ll just need at least 24 hours notice. There may also be an additional fee if the new delivery address is in another suburb.
Can I include a note with my flowers?
Yes, of course! Every order comes with your special message enclosed in an envelope – please sign off with your name so the recipient knows who the flowers are from. If you would like to remain anonymous let us know in 'notes to florist section' ;)
Your customer name, address and details will never be shared without your permission. Please note, we do not check the spelling of your note so please ensure it is correct.
What if no one is home to receive the order?
We always do our best to leave the flowers in a secure spot and well protected. This is usually by the door if we can access the property.
You can view a photo of where the flowers are left if you click on the tracking link provided when the flowers leave our studio.
If flowers are left, we will pop a 'missed delivery card' in the letterbox or a text/phone call to the recipient telling them where the flowers are.
However, if we are unable to gain access to an apartment, our driver will attempt to phone/text the recipient advising them off the delivery.
Hopefully a safe place to leave the flowers can be arranged.
It always helps if you can include a gate code or any other information in the delivery comments section on the order form.
Will my flowers last the day without being in a water?
If you choose a posy jar, your market blooms will have plenty of water for the day. But even when your flowers are delivered in our hessian wrap, we make sure to wrap them with a little bit of water so they’ll be fine for for the day. Fresh flowers like to drink fresh water though, so make sure to place in a vase as soon as you receive them.
Can you deliver to Hospitals?
Yes. Please note – for hospital deliveries – patients in ICU cannot accept flowers, nor will reception accept them on behalf of the patient.
Also, please check that the patient is NOT being discharged the day of delivery. If incorrect delivery information is provided on an order form, whilst we’ll do our best to work with you, we cannot be held responsible.
A re-delivery fee will be charged and flowers may need to be delivered the following day as our drivers only attempt delivery once per order.
Can you help me with flowers for an event?
