Flowers for Jane Guarantees fresh quality flowers. 

We ensure this by custom making your arrangement the morning of delivery.

Please understand flowers are a product of nature. Flower quality is determined by their growing environment and care.
We hand pick our stock and make sure the quality is at our satisfaction before leaving the studio.
Please follow the 'flower care tips' that come with your flowers to ensure you can enjoy them as long as possible.


Overall floral arrangements should look beautiful for 5 days and if in the perfect environment will last longer. Certain flowers will bloom and finish while others will bloom a few days into arrangements enjoyment.

A refund or replacement flowers will only be given if you feel we have provided you with a substandard product. In this case you need to contact us via email forjaneflowers@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery along with photos showing the quality.

In the case of a refund, this will go to the person who ordered and paid for the flowers, into the original payment method. This refund will not include delivery charge and glass or ceramic vessel cost.

If you are the recipient of the flowers and you feel we provided a substandard product, replacement flowers will be given. Again, this will be minus delivery charges and glass or ceramic vessel cost.

Returns on non fresh flower items.

Covid MONEY BACK COVID GUARANTEE

We will refund 100% of your money if the government changes the rules and prevents us from delivering OR Flowers for Jane has a Covid related shutdown*.

*Covid related shutdown - An event that either our florists or drivers contract Covid or are in isolation and can not work. If this happens and we can not fulfil your order, we will email asap and refund money within 24 hours. We will also attempt to notify you by phone. Please be aware we can only contact you if you provide us with the correct contact details on the order form.
