Delivery times and info

At Flowers for Jane we know ordering flowers online is daunting.

We provide 'delivery tracking' via email, to put your mind at ease. If you do not provide us with your email you will not receive tracking.

You delivery notification will be sent as soon as our driver picks up from our studio. The email will come from 'go people' so please check your junk mail.

Terms and Conditions of delivery.

Please be aware we can't promise timed deliveries, and aren't as quick as Uber eats as our drivers go Melbourne wide.

Delivering Monday - Friday only.

To keep delivery fees reasonable, flowers are delivered:

Business addresses - delivery window between 12 Noon and 5pm.

Personal residences - delivery window between 12 Noon and 7pm.

If this delivery window does not suit, please order from another of Melbourne's wonderful florists who can help you.

Contactless Deliveries during COVID-19

Order by 12 noon or sold out for same day delivery. We close the website for same day deliveries when we sell out of flowers, or reach delivery capacity for the day.

Hospitals, schools and aged care facilities - Due to current government restrictions and individual facilities policies, we withhold the right to cancel and refund orders. You will receive a notification if this applies to your order.

We deliver all over Melbourne and need to use a range of courier services, so please select the cheapest delivery fee offered to you at checkout.


In the event that the recipient is not home. Our drivers will leave in a safe place at the front door with a 'delivery card' in the letterbox, advising of where the flowers are. They will be out of street view and out of the sun. 

If there is no safe place to leave, they will call/text the recipient and see if there is a safe place or neighbour that they can be left with.

In the event that our driver has exhausted every delivery option or they can't gain access to the property. FFJ Head quarters will be notified and you will get a phone call to resolve the problem. Redeliveries or change of address while in transit will incur an additional delivery fee.
