What happens if my friend isn't home when the flowers are delivered?

Missed delivery? Not home to receive flowers? 😯

Don’t despair.

Flowers for Jane's in-house drivers will leave your flowers in a safe place if possible. Hidden from street view and undercover from rain or sunshine.

The recipient will be left a ‘missed delivery card’ in he letterbox and/or a text with a photo of where the flowers are hidden.

I’m just loving the multiple messages we receive back daily from these texts.

It also assures us your flowers have reached their destination safely 💝.

Here we have one of our friendly couriers 'Jamie' with a tray full of bunches of flowers ready to go.

On an occasion when we are unable to gain access to an apartment or home, our driver will attempt to phone/text the recipient advising them off the delivery. 

Hopefully a safe place to leave the flowers can be arranged.

It always helps if you can include a gate code, phone numbers or any other information in the delivery comments section on the order form.

In the event that our driver has exhausted every delivery option or they can't gain access to the property. Flowers for Jane Head quarters will be notified and you will get a phone call/email to try and resolve the problem.
